A Testator is a person who has written and executed a Last Will and Testament that is in effect at the time of his/her death. This is an index to those who have written wills in Switzerland County. I do not believe all County Wills are included but it does include many and in what book and on what page they are recorded. These were compiled by Charles M. Franklin in 1987 and Published in 1987 by Walter R. Gooldy’s Heritage House Publishing Co. HI Everyone!!!

Update on what I have been working on…

I am in so many directions & projects right now 👀

I am at the moment going through my files and fixing missing photos from all my merges & updates I have done over the years. Not many – a 100 or so needing to be fixed.

I am also rearranging photos of individuals I am working on in their photo albums, trying to make them match on their timelines. Looks better and not so jumbled up in my research books. 😁

I am currently in 3 lines:

Allen’s, Gilberts and Barkhamsted Lighthouse.

Past few months have been cleaning up my files and rearranging them.

I will be coming out with newer versions in a few months 😉

Richard Stockton & the Allen Connection

Interesting person/cousin in my files (from my Ralph Allen Book)

Richard Stockton was born in Princeton on November 8, 1791.

He worked as an Attorney General.

He studied law and practiced in New Jersey before moving to Mississippi, where he was made one of the judges of the State Supreme Court.

Became Attorney General.

Richard was killed in a duel with John P. Parson in New Orleans, Jefferson, Louisiana, on February 5,
1827, at the age of 35.

He did not fire.
A letter in his pocket stated his purpose not to fire.

Ancestor’s of my Grandparents.

👋 HI Everyone! Has been a while, I know~

I have had a lot going on these past few months.

One of the neat things we did, was we bought a house!

I have been setting up my new office and going through all of my files/documents/records as I do it. The goal is to get better organized!

I was making reference books on my direct lines and Ancestors and decided to share them. Still have tons of work to do, but believe I have about 85% of it done and needed a visual of the whole of the work and to use as reference of where I need to focus more work on.

These research books are the Ancestors of my Grandparents.
