Made it safely home! Was a wonderful & productive trip!

So happy to be home! Was a wonderful trip! Jay & I had a great time! 3200 miles round trip/9 days

Besides water heater not working (fixable but is a be at home thing to do) we also had some leaking from the kitchen sink – so basically we had no use of water – was wonderful to have a campground to ourselves thou – no one but us and the owner – we had nice and very clean bathhouses directly in front of us – besides cold (VERY COLD) mornings it was perfect! 1st couple mornings was in the 30’s – started warming up around Wednesday~

Jay is now wanting to look into getting a “bigger” (5th wheel) camper – not big enough for the 2 of us (I found it to be cozy) &  all the stuff I bought along the way (about 2 …. ok 3) big boxes – also a 4 room birdhouse~ I banged my knee’s on everything trying to step over stuff lol~

Will be a couple of days of recouping was a very long trip – Jay & I are beat – gonna get some “real, in our own bed” sleep – will have much to share – collected a lot of info – made many new and wonderful connections – had stuff handed to me also through it all – will be tackling it all when hubby goes back offshore (Thursday)~

Many photo’s on the way (still collecting from those that took them for me) On 1st day of trip I dropped my camera into a puddle of water (lets just say – water was pouring out of it) 10 year old Cannon PowerShot – My wonderful husband got me a new Cannon Powershot Tuesday after my presentation so I would have one for the remainder of our trip – was my Mother’s Day gift from him~

I was very happy to meet many new family member and made many new friends – was a wonderful trip and Michigan was beautiful~ Jay & I both had a awesome time ~ I have so many people to thank and will be doing it in updated post – want to get all my paperwork and such in order and credit the right people~ Coni
